Artigianato e Palazzo @ the Palazzo Corsini, Florence: May 15-18, 2014

Artigianato e Palazzo, FlorenceThe XXth edition of Artigianato e Palazzo is taking place May 15-18, 2014. This is your chance to visit the gorgeous private gardens of the Palazzo Corsini and to experience artisan handicraft demonstrations and shop for unique hand-made products. Many of the skills on display are traditional Florentine trades that have been handed down through the centuries and many are risking extinction due to the lack of new generations taking on the trades.

More than 80 artisans from all over Italy and abroad will display and demonstrate their craft trades and techniques using various materials such as glass, fabric, paper, wood, stone, metals, and more. To commemorate 20 years of the festival, each visitor will receive a small souvenir.

Support local artisans and keep their traditions alive!
