LGBTE International Art is a project by Associazione Koinè, in collaboration with Fondazione Artevision. The seventh edition is due to take place in Turin from September 8th to October 17th 2014.

In an international art exhibition dedicated to the 7 Deadly Vices: Italian and international artists will face each other on the theme S.A.L.I.G.I.A.: the acronym (in Italian) of Pride (Superbia), Avarice (Avarizia), Lust (Lussuria), Envy (Invidia), Gluttony (Gola), Wrath (Ira), Sloth (Accidia) are the starting point for those artists who are going to participate in the exhibition, translating their thoughts into images and works of art.

DEADLINE: August 17th 2014

THE PRIZE: The AWARD for the best artist provides the opportunity to have a PERSONAL EXHIBIT at the LGBTE International Art of Venice, which will take place from May 6 – October 30, 2015, in conjunction with the Venice Biennale 2015.

THE LOCATION: Ex Manifattura Tabacchi is a post industrial building in Turin (Corso Regio Parco, 134/a). LGBTE International Art will take place during the period of enrollment student of the University of Turin. The art exhibition will have an important cultural presence in the city and give visibility to the participating artists.

LGBTE International Art is organized with the support of the City of Turin, Circoscrizione 6.
